Overview
Welcome to the 2025 Kesgrave Community Survey. This independent study was carried out by arc4 Ltd on behalf of Kesgrave Town Council to update the Council’s understanding of residents’ opinions on a range of topics that matter locally.
The research aimed to:
- Update the Council’s understanding of residents’ opinions on important community issues.
- Gather ideas for improving the local area.
- Identify residents’ needs for different types and sizes of homes to buy and rent.
- Feed into a potential review of the Council’s Neighbourhood Plan once findings were assessed.
Residents could complete the survey online or by telephone via 0800 612 9133.
Results Published
The final report, published in October 2025, presents comprehensive findings on local housing need, affordability, and community priorities. It provides valuable insight into residents’ views on services, environment, and future development in Kesgrave.
