About this item
Kesgrave Town Council is actively working towards meeting the requirements of the Bronze Quality Standard under the Local Council Award Scheme, delivered nationally by the National Association of Local Councils (NALC). While the Council has not yet been formally assessed, we are committed to demonstrating that we meet the nationally recognised foundations of good governance, accountability, and transparency.
The Bronze Quality Standard represents the benchmark for well-run parish and town councils. It highlights that a council manages its resources responsibly, operates with openness, and provides clear information that residents can easily access and understand.
Below is an A–Z guide to the criteria required for the Bronze Standard and what Kesgrave Town Council has done to meet these expectations. Each section includes a short explanation and a link to the relevant supporting evidence hosted on our website.
