Council Tax 2026/27 (Precept Information) (v1)

The tax base for Kesgrave Town Council for 2026-27 will be 4,863.38 Band D equivalent properties. The Precept requirement for 2026/27 is £470,100 (SCDC ask for the Precept demand to be rounded up/down to the nearest £100). This has been calculated from the detailed Approved Budget 2026/27 for Kesgrave Town Council as agreed at the Full Council meeting held on 19 January 2026. This equates to a Band D Council tax figure for the Parish portion of £96.66 per annum. As the 2025/26 Band D equivalent figure was £92.24 per annum there is an 4.79% change on the 2026/27 council tax bill against the Parish element.
