A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual fun day yesterday! Between the brilliant community groups, live performances, food vendors, and activities, we couldn't have asked for a better turnout. The success of events like this comes down to the people – thank you to everyone who attended and brought such fantastic energy.
This event is proudly funded and hosted by Kesgrave Town Council. Months of behind-the-scenes planning go into making days like this happen, and we want to extend a special thank you to the dedicated councillors, council staff, and volunteers who worked very hard to bring this all together for our local community.
The Kesgrave Fun Day has grown to be much more than just a summer fete; it is a long-standing highlight of our town’s calendar that brings residents of all ages together. Organised by Kesgrave Town Council, the event is hosted on the Millennium Sports Field to encourage the community to enjoy the longest days of the year in a relaxed, welcoming, and vibrant setting.
Over the years, the Fun Day has evolved from a small village gathering into a spectacular town-wide celebration. Whether you are looking for high-energy thrills on the zip wire, a quiet spot for afternoon tea, or a chance to discover the incredible work of our local charities and groups, there is something for everyone. Residents are always encouraged to bring picnic blankets and chairs to soak up the atmosphere and make a full day of it.
