About this event

Active Blues is a free, structured health and wellbeing programme delivered by the Ipswich Town Foundation. The course is designed to support adults who want to improve their physical health, mental wellbeing, and overall lifestyle in a supportive and welcoming environment.

About the programme

The 12-week programme provides practical advice and guidance on:

  • Physical activity and gentle exercise
  • Nutrition and healthy eating
  • Sleep and daily routines
  • Blood pressure awareness
  • Mental wellbeing and confidence

Sessions are suitable for people of all fitness levels. Activities are designed to be accessible and can be adapted so that participants can continue light exercise at home between sessions.

When and where

The programme runs weekly on Mondays from 1:30pm to 3:00pm.

End date: Monday 30 March 2026

Who can attend

Active Blues is open to adults who would like to live a healthier lifestyle and benefit from structured, friendly support. No previous experience is required, and all sessions are free to attend.
