As well as standard meeting formalities, such as Welcome and Apologies for Absence and Declarations of Interest, the meeting will include approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on 10 November 2025, a Clerk’s and Officer’s report covering matters arising and updates from the last meeting not dealt with elsewhere on the agenda, and an opportunity for members of the public to speak or ask questions. The meeting will also review and approve the bank reconciliation to 30 November 2025, receipts and payments for November 2025, detailed income and expenditure to 30 November 2025, and the trial balance for November 2025. Members will consider Version 3 of the Draft Budget for 2026/27, as presented to the Finance Committee on 24 November 2025, including any further requests for consideration and the approval of updates. The meeting will note the Millennium Jubilee Hall hire charges for 2026/27 as agreed at the C&R meeting on 1 December 2025, consider costs and next steps relating to the purchase of Kesgrave Town Council electric vehicle(s), and receive and consider any other matters of sufficient urgency and importance that the Chairman agrees to include, provided these are notified to the office by 12 noon on the day of the meeting.
