Bloor Homes has announced plans for a potential new housing development on land situated along Foxhall Road, near the border of Kesgrave.
Many Kesgrave residents have received information leaflets about the proposal, leading to understandable questions and interest from the local community.
Location and proposal
The proposed site lies on the edge of Kesgrave, along Foxhall Road. Details of the emerging plans can be viewed on the developer’s dedicated website at www.bloorhomes-foxhallroad.co.uk.
Public consultation
Bloor Homes has advised that a four-week public consultation will begin on Tuesday 30 September 2025. This process will give residents, community organisations, and the Town Council the opportunity to review the proposals and share feedback before any planning applications are submitted.
Drop-in session
Residents are encouraged to attend the Bloor Homes drop-in consultation event on Thursday 9 October 2025, between 3:30pm and 6:00pm at the Kesgrave War Memorial Community Centre. This will be an opportunity to speak with the development team, view plans, and ask questions directly.
Town Council involvement
Kesgrave Town Council has been contacted by Bloor Homes and has accepted an invitation to meet with them ahead of the public consultation. The Council welcomes any questions residents would like raised during this meeting.
