Kesgrave Town Council has published its Draft Business Plan for 2025–2028 and is inviting residents, community groups, and local businesses to take part in a public consultation running from 21 April to 2 June 2025.

The Business Plan sets out the Council’s priorities and actions for the next three years, building on the achievements of the 2021–2024 plan. It focuses on community well-being, local services, environmental improvements, and responding to future challenges such as housing development targets and changes in local government structure.

What the plan covers

The 2025–2028 Business Plan outlines how the Council intends to:

  • Protect and enhance Kesgrave’s green spaces and recreational facilities
  • Support youth services, older residents, and community events
  • Improve road safety, public transport, and environmental sustainability
  • Engage residents in planning decisions and neighbourhood development
  • Maintain transparency, good governance, and value for money

Why your views matter

This consultation gives everyone in Kesgrave the chance to share their thoughts and help shape the town’s priorities for the years ahead. Your input will guide the final version of the plan before it is formally adopted by the Town Council.
