The nomination window closed on 31 March 2026. We are currently reviewing a fantastic range of entries from across Kesgrave.
- Week of April 6th: Councillors are reviewing and shortlisting entries.
- April 6th – April 13th: Shortlisted nominees and nominators will be contacted via email.

About the Awards
The Town Award and Recognition Scheme was launched in 2026 to recognise local heroes and highlight the community organisations that help Kesgrave thrive.
Local Hero
Recognising individuals (18+) who make a difference through volunteering or service.
Young Person
Celebrating achievers under 19 in school, sport, arts, or community activity.
Council Chair
Highlighting a business or group that has made a positive impact on the town.
Eligibility Archive:
Nominees were required to live, work, or volunteer within Kesgrave. Nominations were focused on contributions made over the last 12 months.
