Protocol for Contact
Members of the media are asked not to contact individual councillors directly. Councillors will refer any press enquiries to the Town Clerk in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders and agreed media procedure.

The Council endeavours to comment only on matters that fall within its jurisdiction and local-authority responsibilities. For subjects relating to district or county functions, please contact the relevant communications officers below.
