How We Share Information

Information about Council services, community news, and upcoming events is communicated through the following platforms:

  • Local Newsletters: distributed regularly and available online, featuring updates, project news, and local achievements.
  • Notice Boards: positioned around Kesgrave to display official notices, community information, and meeting details.
  • Town Council Website: providing Council news, meeting documents, reports, and local resources for residents and visitors.
  • Facebook: facebook.com/kesgravetowncouncil – promoting events, updates, and engagement opportunities.

Noticeboard Locations

Kesgrave has several community noticeboards, updated weekly by the Town Council:

  • Outside Town Council Office – Agendas are displayed here and published online.
  • Rupert Fison Square / Tesco – large community noticeboard.
  • Pilbroughs Walk – junction with Oak Meadow / Ashdale Walk.
  • Millennium Sports Ground Car Park.
  • Side of Post Office at Penzance Road.
  • Outside Cedarwood Primary School.

All noticeboards include a Map of Kesgrave and a list of Town Councillors with office opening times. Community event posters can be displayed by providing copies to the Town Council office.

Other Publications and Access Points

  • Local Magazines: The Council regularly contributes to InTouch Kesgrave & Rushmere St Andrew.
  • Hard Copy Documents: Public consultation materials are available for inspection at the Town Council Office and Kesgrave Library during opening hours.
