About this meeting

As well as standard meeting formalities, the meeting will include consideration and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on 8 December 2025, a Clerk’s and Officer’s report covering matters arising and updates not dealt with under other agenda items, and an opportunity for members of the public to speak or ask questions. The committee will note any letters of objection, support, or observation received from members of the public, agents, or statutory consultees relating to planning proposals. As a statutory consultee to the Local Planning Authority, the committee will consider and comment on the Schedule of Planning Proposals, including application DC/25/4782/TPO at 11 St Agnes Way for works to a group of Oak trees (G1 on Order), application DC/25/4858/TPO at 34 Wright Lane for works to a Beech tree (T001), application DC/25/3774/ARM for land east of Adastral Park, Martlesham Heath, relating to approval of reserved matters for Parcel W2 and compliance with multiple planning conditions associated with outline permission DC/17/1435/OUT, and application DC/25/1844/ARM for land south and east of Adastral Park, Martlesham, relating to approval of reserved matters for the SANGS link (Phase 1B infrastructure) associated with outline application DC/23/3984/VOC. The meeting will also note the Schedule of Planning Decisions determined by East Suffolk Council, including application DC/25/1982/FUL at 295 Main Road, Kesgrave, which was refused on 3 December 2025, application DC/25/3946/TPO at 50 Wright Lane, approved on 4 December 2025, application DC/25/3366/FUL at 69 Bell Lane, approved on 9 December 2025, application DC/25/3788/FUL at 41 Windrush Road, approved on 9 December 2025, application DC/25/4077/FUL at 7 Elmers Lane, approved on 15 December 2025, and application DC/25/3907/FUL at 20 Cambridge Road, approved on 16 December 2025, together with the committee’s previous recommendations in each case. Members will also receive any possible referrals to the Local Planning Authority Planning Committee rather than officer delegation, receive an update on the Kesgrave Neighbourhood Plan Review and Community Survey, consider any other matters of sufficient urgency and importance permitted by the Chairman (to be notified to the Town Clerk by 12 noon on the day of the meeting), and consider suggestions for press and social media inclusion.
