The Planning Committee meeting will focus on reviewing current planning matters affecting Kesgrave, including consideration of new planning applications, updates from officers, and wider planning policy issues. The main item of business will be the consideration of planning applications, where the Committee acts as a statutory consultee to East Suffolk Council. Applications to be reviewed include works at 7 Windrush Road involving a single-storey rear extension, roof lantern, solar panels and a front porch; 12 Grange Lane involving a single-storey rear extension; and 20 Bodmin Close involving a single-storey rear extension and structural alterations to an existing semi-detached dwelling. Comments and recommendations will be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. There are no recent planning decisions to note at this meeting.
