Kesgrave Town Council owns and maintains various parcels of land, buildings, and community spaces across the parish. These assets are managed to support public use, recreation, and community wellbeing, in accordance with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015.

Kesgrave Town Council provides and maintains the following play and recreational areas for community use:

  1. Dobbs Drift Play Area
  2. Holly Road Play Area
  3. Millennium Sports Ground
  4. Oak Meadow Play Area
  5. Play Area on KWMCC Land
  6. Cedarwood Green Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA)

Public Access and Maintenance

The Council ensures all land and facilities are safely maintained, insured, and accessible where practicable. These spaces host community activities, events, and opportunities for volunteering.
