Kesgrave Town Council publishes information about councillor vacancies, including casual vacancies, elections and co-option opportunities, in line with the Local Government Act 1972 and electoral regulations. The Council’s process for handling resignations, elections and co-option is set out in the Resignation and Co-option to Casual Vacancies Policy 2025–2028.
